Based on the brand recognition and strong marketing channel of Shanghai Kexian Hydraulic Group, on December 8, 2012, a signing ceremony was held between Schneider Germany and Shanghai Kexian International Trade Company at the headquarters of Shanghai Kexian Hydraulic Group, Tong Shizhuan, general manager of Shanghai Kexian International Trade Company, and Herman stoerk, marketing general manager of Schneider, signed the agreement of Shanghai Kexian International Trade Company as the sole agent of Schneider Germany in China.
