•  The pump is not flowing enough.

•  The relief valve is not working properly.

•  The remote port of the relief valve is open.

•  Too much internal leakage in components such as valves and cylinders.

•  The oil is returned to the tank through a valve in the system.

•  There is an incorrect aperture in the distribution pan.

•  The flow control valve is poorly adjusted and not working properly.

•  Load is below rating or frictional resistance has been reduced by continuous operation.

•  Air leakage from the accumulator.

•  Throttling effect changes due to changes in oil temperature.

Check the amount of oil leaking from each component, as well as the viscosity and temperature of the oil, and then take appropriate measures to deal with it.

Check the operation of each valve and correct the bad working condition.

Check and repair the oil pan.

Change the setpoint to correct the abnormal working condition.

Fix the leak, then inflate.

Install an oil temperature control device and a temperature compensated flow control valve.
