Information
Failure | Reasons | Treatment |
Pressure cannot be raised sufficiently | • Pressure is not properly set. • The needle valve is misaligned with the seat. • Poor piston action. • Wrong needle valve spring used. • The top cover and piston mating part wears out too much. • The piston and valve seat contact part wears out. • Other components within the loop system leak a lot of oil. |
Check the pressure gauge and set the valve pressure exactly with an accurate gauge. Replace the needle valve or seat; such as needle valve spring deformation, broken, should replace the spring; such as needle valve part of the dirt blocked, should be removed for cleaning. ; Dirt and other dirt crowd the piston and remove it for removal. Replace the specified spring. Replace the top cover. Replace the piston or valve seat. Inspect components in the circuit system for repair or replacement. |
Unstable pressure, large pulsations | • Poor needle valve stability. • The needle valve has abnormal wear or has dross stuck in it. • Poor piston action. • There are air bubbles in the oil. |
Replace the needle valve or needle valve spring. Replace the needle valve, remove it for cleaning. Repair the piston cone surface, remove dross and other dirt. Completely remove the air from the system. |
The pressure has a slight vibration, issued “split ”s abnormal high pitch. | • The piston has a bulbous surface. • Needle valve wears abnormally. • There is air in the oil drain. • The drain line is too long. • Resonates with other valves. • Improper fuel tank piping. • The flow is excessive. • Fuel tank lines have back pressure. • There is vibration in the fuel tank line. |
Repair the piston. Replace the needle valve and check the working fluid. Completely remove the air from the system. Connect the throttling device in the drain line. Re-adjusting the pressure to slightly higher or lower than the rated pressure, changing the spring, and adopting an external oil drain form. Correct the improper tank tube arrangement. Replace large valves. Take external oil drain form. Change to external oil drain form. Switch to external oil drainage form. |
Sluggish pressure response | • The spring of the piston is weak. • Piping systems have air or rubber hoses, etc. |
Replace stronger springs. Reduces flexibility within the piping system. |
