  • Galvanizing line

    Hot galvanizing line manufacturer has a trimmer at the entrance of the line, which can be used for pickling pre-treatment, a horizontal energy furnace with open flame heating, a strong cooling fan at the top of the zinc kettle, vertical front and back movable bushings, all the hot galvanizing line is equipped with 8 sets of guiding devices.

  • Color Coating Line

    Due to the long production line and many rolls, strip deflection is unavoidable in color coated board production line. The strip deviation control system is installed, i.e. centering control (CPC), edge control (EPC) and automatic strip coiling control, to ensure continuous, safe and efficient production.

  • Tinning treatment line

    In a continuous strip steel production line, the speed of the unit is increasing year by year, and the strip guiding system plays an important role in increasing the strip production and yield.
